So I would call however I never can get an answer. I understand you guys are busy. But... why did you miss like half of my recycling last night? We always make sure that the cans are placed neatly near the road. You got two and totally missed the other two.
I mean they pick up the trash once a week which is good, however my trash can was apparently hit by a car or something and now it's missing a wheel and the lid is busted. No one EVER answers the phone, there is no voicemail to leave a message on. I submitted a request for a new receptacle online about 2 wks ago.. I still don't have one.
I've always liked Rays and appreciate the scripture they write on my monthly billing. It encourages me. Great service, never a problem. ♡
If you’re not going to answer your phones, at least have a voicemail where we can leave a message. We have been trying to create an account with you to have trash service, and nobody ever answers the phone.
They don't throw anything away setting next to a trash can. For example, instead of throwing away my old kitchen plastic trash can, they tossed it in the ditch along with rays trash can. My trash can no longer shuts from them throwing it down. They leave trash around without picking it up when the caused it. They zig zag all in the road which I know is illegal.
I keep trying to call and cancel our service for weeks now. Never get a call back or a answer. I haven't lived there yet still seem to have a garbage service. I'm not gonna pay when I keep trying to cancel and get nowhere.
Three years of excellent service for us, I am very pleased..
Communication Sucks big ones... My big and only complaint is they don't answer the phone, now you can't even leave a message not that they get returned.... No problems with the service... How can you run a business with out talking to the ones who pay you..
If I so much as set a small bag of cans next to to trash can they get very angry and throw my trash can in the ditch. I have called them at 3 and 4 am and left messages. Last night again they did it. And broke my can. I have security cams and I'm going g to post what they do on you tube so others can see it too. Everyone else's can is standing near there drive way and mine lays in the ditch again. This company has some major bad attitudes!!! I'm about to dump them and take my trash to the dump myself it cheaper anyways.
