Getting upset in the pick up schedule, called to have a pick due to a miss pick up by them. Called and confirm a pick up and they never came..... second time it happens........

we've had good service from them for at least 16 years,only problem we had is they took our trash can one time but our bill was current but they brought it back that same day
We have been using Rays Rural Garbage since we moved to Richlands in 2015. We have had great service for the past 3 years. Easy billing and payment options. When our trash can wheel fell off they were quick to replace ours. No complaints from me. However, I do wish the recycle bin was the same size as the trash bin though. We still managed and this company still picked up our recycling sitting next to the bin because we have so much. Great service. Thank you
We've had Ray's Rural Garbage for 2 years, and we've had great service and easy billing. I do wish they would have a recycling container that is the same size as the garbage container instead of the small recycling bin. I'm always nervous things are going to fly away because it doesn't have a lid.
