Out of business and didn’t bother to tell their customers.
Ray's Garbage sent letters out stating that Waste Industries was taking over their pick up service and no schedule or update since. Now when you call Ray's phone number you get Waste Industries and my garbage has been sitting out by the road for 2 days now waiting to be picked up. I called Waste Industries and they said they are trying to "catch up". We have called 4 times in the last 2 months regarding a broken wheel on our trash barrel. We called again Monday. It’s been laying on the edge of our yard since. I just called and You’re closed.
Pick up is never consistent, especially around the whole entire week of a holiday. Post a holiday schedule or actually communicate with your customers when they reach out for it.
I have moved from my resident back in OCT and they continued to send me a bill when they told me they would address this
Totally unable to keep up to date on holiday schedule on Facebook it their website. It is if no one is capable of doing this simple service sitting at home in their underwear
