I have been with Ray’s on Versailles since they have opened and was very pleased with them. In the last 6 months something has changed. The wait is becoming as bad as Wal-greens. There are a lot of people in there “working” but nothing seems to be getting done. It seems so chaotic in there, like they are not organized and don’t have a good flow system.
WORST pharmacy ever! Every time I have a prescription filled, there is a problem! Either the insurance isn’t processed or the medications themselves aren’t correct. My medications have been both over and under filled and filled with an incorrect medication. Don’t use this pharmacy if you value your Health. They are a medical accident waiting to happen!

when they 1st opened they were great ( on versails) but lately it's always a super long wait and today they had an issue with my childs rx instead of notifying me they waited till we went to pick up to tell us they couldn't fill it bc of issues on it ... when asked why we were not notified we were told we just looked at it we were busy doing filling meds for people waiting.... we wanted to wait we were told it would be over and hour to fill came back over 3 hours later and wasnt even looked at. Have used Ray's Pharmacy in Ball since they opened. Love the people that work there Miss Darlene,Ashley ect... They are always willing to go that extra mile to make sure everything is as you ask. If they don't have a certain med to fill an order for you that day they will order it and have it by the next day. Unless they have it at one of the other locations then they can have it at your location that day if needed. Very Friendly and accommodating staff. Never do have I to wait long like the big chain stores. I have actually called and told them I was running late and they stayed about 10 minutes late so i could pick my daughter's medicine for the weekend
