Ray's you are overrated. 10 minutes before close and I just dropped $17 on mediocre, overflowing, messy ice cream and your rude staff is turning lights and music off at 8:59 with 15 people still in the store. Bad business - I won't be back.

I haven't been to Ray's for years and took my friend for her first time. She had chocolate, I had White Russian. Though the serving was huge, the flavor was weak.....really? ...not very chocolate chocolate? The hi top we sat at was filthy, so I asked the young lady behind the counter for a cloth to wipe it down. I would have expected at that point for someone from the store to come over and clean the table, but at least she gave me a damp cloth to do it myself.
