We had such a good experience yesterday when the owner Tom Stevens let us take some super fun photos in Rays. We were there a little before they opened and he let us go in wait and start taking pictures. The workers were very sweet and accommodating. The ice cream was delicious as well. The boys were very happy and we'll definitely be back. �
Super dissapointed in the customer service. They were rude and dismissive when we asked to see the ingredients or an allergy list. We know it exists bc they have accomodated us before. Food allergies are a common thing now a days, we left with a sad kid and frustrated parents.
The ice cream was delicious, and the portions were awesome, but on a VERY BUSY Saturday night you'd think there would be more than 3 high school employees (which were very kind btw) working. I'll definitely return and suggest to friends.
Great icecream :) I really love to go there with my family and friends.
