Lied to! Called Rays Complete after calling Rheem and filling out a warranty claim on hot water heater. Rheem said I was good to go have a authorized dealer call them and they would give authorization to do repairs however I was responsible to cover the labor. Rays is a Rheem dealer. I gave Rays my info to call Rheem and verify they called me back and said they tried and could not verify till monday.
