This is the worst experience I have ever had. The guy was incredibly rude and insisted that I introduce myself to him. He acted very unprofessionally; he let me check the car without even looking at me and handed me the key without acknowledgment. While I was inspecting the car, I mentioned that the AC wasn’t working, and he told me it would take a couple of minutes to kick on.
