Contacted Cleary Building Corp to have a simple 36 x 40 pole barn installed. Signed a contract with a sales rep in September of 2020, that promised to be in contact with me every week during the process. Saw him that one time, gave him deposit of over 8k. Never saw him again, no guidance or help during the permit process at all. Called him after more than a month of not hearing from him. The projected started late due to the salesman leaving the company. New sales guy did not take responsibility for the project, just blamed the former sales person. Had to call corporate to get the project started after weeks of delays. I now have been waiting 6 months for Cleary to fix the horse stall doors. Should have purchased from Morton or FBI. Very disappointed..
STAY AWAY! This company is the biggest group of liars you’ll ever meet. We signed a contract in Dec 2020 to have a shop put up. We were told they would be there in June/July 2021. Day after day, week after week, month after month they had every excuse in the books of why they were not there. We asked for our deposit back and they offered to give us 1/3 of it. If I could give zero stars I would!! Ray's has had my car for almost two months now and it is still not done. It is getting a new engine under warranty and every day there is an excuse that it is not done. I would not recommend Ray's to anyone.
