As usual quick same day service. Tech was great very fair price . Got our garage door cable repaired quickly. Highly recommend!
We needed a torsion spring replaced on our garage door. Raynor provided the most reasonable cost estimate after calling multiple local Livonia-area vendors (including the other company that installed the door 3 years prior!). The repair was done quickly and actually came in slightly below the over-the-phone estimate. The field technician also noted several additional repairs to the hinges and replaced them as part of his work. Honestly could not be happier with the work.
We had some issues with our garage door. Of course it was late on a Friday close to closing. The gentleman called me back quickly and went above and beyond to help us. Got us a great deal on parts and walked my husband through the instal. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. You don't get great customer service like this much any more. I will not be taking my business any where except here! Great job
Fantastic customer Service! My wife called them by just chance when our garage door stoped working. She called and talk to Chuck later during the week. We'll were kind of busy and Chuck said go ahead and give them a call on Saturday. We'll I called and he walked me through some trouble shooting and figured out the travel module went bad. We have used Raynor for many years and I have many doors. They always do a great job! I really appreciate their fantastic, high quality, and responsive service. I recently had them install a new door and it is gorgeous and works very nicely!
