Very poor service. I called Friday and setup an appointment for Monday at 2:15 p.m.. They were a no show. I then called the main office and spoke with a woman that then transferred me to the guy I spoke with on Friday. The guy said that the service tech will be there shortly. Well it’s 6:00 p.m. and no one showed. No email or call was received saying they weren’t going to make it. I would definitely not recommend this business.

85 year old mothers garage door would not close. Raynor sent someone out in 1 hour to fix door so she and her family felt safe! Excellent customer service and very nice technicians!
