Terrible customer service after the purchase. It's taking over a month to diagnose a problem that we said was the faulty unit they installed, after a month they made us do all the trouble shooting that ended up being the unit is faulty- like we already said. Anyways every time we call to get the media replaced we get an answering machine and even calling the tech that sold us the unit we get voicemail. Absolutely some of the worst customer support I've had.
