The three young men who can to deliver and set up the bed and mattress where outstanding. Set up was done quickly and with care. Old mattress and box spring were removed. I asked the men to put the mattress protector on the new mattress as I have had back surgery and felt unable to do it myself. My mattress from my old bed was moved to my son's room and put on the new bed and my new mattress was fitted onto my old bed. It was a very nice experience. Having to purchase a mattress during a divorce is not a fun experience, but a big THANK YOU to David M******* from the North Attleboro store for being kind, understanding and extremely helpful knowing I was on a budget and slightly emotional. His kindness meant the world to me. I’ve purchased mattresses from R&F a few times in the past and have never been dissapointed with the quality of customer service, but David’s kindness was especially appreciated today.
We really love our new couch. Dot was a great help and very patient while we decided!
