I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. The staff at Dr. Handlers office were very helpful, kind and respectful...but I cannot say the same for Dr Handler. He was by far the rudest Dr I have ever seen. His condescending comments cut me to the core. I have medicaid as my insurence and he made it perfectly clear to my daughter and I that we were below his station. I will never go back to his office again....this Dr. does show favortism and I am disgusted and appalled at the way my family was treated today.

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I w... read more

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
