They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring.
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. Dr Handler was possibly the worst doctor Ive had experience with and would not recommend him to ANYONE. After one visit I have moved on in search of a physician who actually cared about his patients ills. This doctor needs to retire. I was so horrified with my experience that Im reporting the incident to the AMA, ratemds, and state licensing board of Illinois

No, just a basic listings page Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Somewhat. It was a little excessive.
I have been seeing Dr. Handler for over 30 years. He has always been extremely helpful and understanding. His staff is wonderful. I will continue to see him whenever I have dermatological problems.
