Dr. Sheppard and his staff were very professional. Not looking forward to surgery, but I'm confident he was the right choice.
Dr Sheppard was very compassionate and caring. He takes times to explain what is going on and also allows you time to ask questions and he answers those. I got my operative report and saw where he went above and beyond to do everything necessary! So thankful that everything went well with the surgery & recovery. I would definitely recommend him. Also his staff was great for any concerns, appointments, etc.
Saw Dr. For diagnosis Made appt. To have cyst removed. Had surgery in surgical room in office. Impressed with Dr. Shepherd's warm personality and willingness to explain everything and answer questions. My surgery went well. My daughter was with me. She is an RN and she agreed with the surgical procedure that was do e. I healed beautifully.
Dr. Sheppard and his staff are amazing! In this crazy time of Corona Virus...he saw me and went above and beyond! My mammogram and ultrasound sent me to a surgeon! It’s all good and no surgery necessary. He even called to follow up. Highly recommend!
The best in all parameters
Dr. Sheppard Jr. performed my breast surgery as I was fighting my second bout of the disease. He was so supportive and listened to my concerns. After he sent me to a plastic surgeon to consider reconstruction, I opted for a double mastectomy. He also performed outpatient surgery to implant my port and it’s removal. I am so pleased with my care and the consideration he showed my family. He has a wonderful staff and his follow up has been attentive and caring.
Always reluctant when you know you may have to have surgery. But the staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Sheppard was also helpful, answering all my questions and very reassuring.
I have finally found a dr. That talks to me and seems interested in what I have to say about my health.
Very caring , listens and gives you time for any questions.
