My experience with Dr. Browne was disappointing. He lacked empathy, care, and concern for his patient, my mother, after she went through a traumatizing event. He and his office were very difficult to deal with. He made a family emergency worse by failing to pick up the phone and speak directly to me, his patient’s caregiver. He allowed multiple staff and a third party company to do his job for him, resulting in multiple miscommunications, and poor patient care.
I have seen Dr. Browne for the past 3 years. I couldn't be more impressed by his expertise, bedside manner and attentive, timely follow-up. I feel he remembers my complex medical history and considers the big picture in every way necessary to ensure I am well cared for (by him and the specialists he has referred me to). I had a long relationship with Dr. Ray Browne spanning nearly ten years. Over the years, I trusted him with my care, especially through some difficult personal struggles. While I do recognize that his intentions were likely rooted in trying to help me, my experience, particularly during the challenging times of the pandemic, left me feeling disillusioned. Have been seeing Dr. Browne for many years and he is always very thoughtful and discerning. He takes a comprehensive approach to health and is quick to suggest many options for testing and treatment. I strongly recommend him!
