Kennedy Endodontics the interior design is cheerful when you step into the clinic. The front desk Ms. Jackie is very friendly and helpful to let you fully understand what is going to do and the cost as well. Dr. Vivian Jiang Mehdiyeva is compassionate and professional taking care of the patients, and diligent for a thorough approach.
I had a good experience with the team here. The receptionist was friendly and got me in quickly as I was having a lot of tooth pain, she also submitted my insurance on my behalf. Dr Jiang quickly figured out what was wrong and treated me accordingly. She was gentle and managed my pain well during the root canal. Overall a smooth process, but I hope I don't need anymore root canals.
Had my root canal done by Dr. Vivian Jiang and the experience was excellent. She was professional, gentle, and made the entire procedure completely pain free. Sara, her assistant, was very responsive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Booking through Jackie was quick and easy. Yesterday early morning my wife had a root canal by Dr. Vivian Jiang. She is very nice, gentle, and patience explain everything to my wife in very great details. Dr. Jiang has very excellent skills and very careful in doing her job in fixing the tooth all went smoothly. The receptionist at the front desk (forgot her name) also very friendly and helpful especially in arranging appointments. We are very satisfied with the service, highly recommended Dr. Vivian Jiang.
