Best realtor ever! Ray helped us find and purchase a new home and negotiated through the craziest multiple bidding wars etc. Then Ray helped sell the home we were living in during the hardest times. When you sell a home, you want the marketing to be top notch - and when you are buying you want to see all you can before you visit - Ray takes care of all of this with excellent marketing, photos, floor plans, etc. We referred him to friends who bought and sold a home with him as well. I have witnessed this man belittle and degrade women and confront others in a way that appears that he is unable to resolve issues peacefully. This man is extremely explosive and easily triggered. I have witnessed Ray Chavez use profanity in the company of children, including his own. Disturbing.
