My experience with Dr. Raven was very disappointing. He did not listen to me, minimized my pain, and completely omitted important information I shared about my injuries. I brought medical exams and documents, but he refused to review them, saying he already had all the information, when clearly he did not. I felt ignored and dismissed during a time of significant physical and emotional pain. A doctor should have a vocation of care and empathy for their patients, especially in complex cases. Dr Raven is a wonderful doctor. He is very knowledgable,kind and empathetic. He makes sure to explain and answer all of your questions. His staff is amazing as well. I would recommend him 110%.
Brought my son for a broken bone in his hand a few years back. Fantastic doctor, great with kids.
Dr. Raven is truly exceptional. The claim that he only cares about money is completely false — in my experience, he’s one of the most compassionate and dedicated surgeons I’ve ever met.
The treatment and care given to you at this facility is top rate. I have found ALL staff members from Front desk, Physician's asst, med and X-RAY techs, physical therapy receptionist (Natalie, you rock) all my hand therapists(Christina, your constant encouragement kept me at it, I think the JWST can detect some wrist movement from me now).
