Contacted me quickly and was very polite.
Was ok. Actually they were a pleasure to work with. Their response was timely and they provided the information I needed. My decision not to buy was a "forced decision" as I had several small strokes and while I felt ok, the state took my drivers license as they do with most stroke patients. I would gladly work with Rayco again and in fact, hope to in a year.
The sales person Mike gave me all of the info that I requested & did a follow -up on the phone as well as a email. I haven`t bought yet but planning to real soon. Choices--Absolutely loaded--Camry ,Avalon,or Lincoln. I`ve dona a lot of looking & pricing. The 05 Avalon was $1500.00 more than others I looked at and had higher milage.

Again, we do use books like NADA, Black Book and Galves but in the end we value the specific automobile that is in front of us. This particular Avalon is in exceptional physical and mechanical condition. Therefore we feel it has a higher value than a vehicle with lower miles but no service history and 5 different owners. We do not simply look in a book or use a computer program to decide what a retail asking price should be. We look at Days supply of inventory, appreciation or depreciation of inventory. We take everything into account down to the color of the car we are offering for sale when determining a retail price.
