We are getting ready to remodel our sales office but the windows were leaking when it rains. Found RayAccess online and requested a quote. Michael gave me a competitive quote so I contracted them to do the work. Alexis and Nick showed up on site on time and ready to go. They were extremely professional and courteous. RayAccess provided an inspection, exterior window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Total cost was $1210.00. This was way too high for the actual cost and time spent to complete the job. Quality of work performed was good but this did not justify the high cost. A more competitive cost is $750-$900. I would have given a 5 star review at this cost.
