The crew arrived on time and was professional and efficient. The gutters had not been cleaned in a very long time. They were a real mess, but there were no complaints from the crew. The price for the original scope of work was exactly as quoted, and the cost for additional work was fair. Before leaving, they informed me of the condition of the gutters and provided recommendations for needed repair work. I have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.
The technicians were very kind and respectful. They did an amazing job cleaning the windows of our house. Would definitely use again.
We live on the 4th floor of an older condominium building and I was referred to by RayAccess by another window washing firm that didn’t work on buildings like ours. RayAccess was easy to schedule, and their crew was professional, polite, efficient, on time, and did a great job on our windows.
I was very happy to find this company. Eduardo and Alex were very knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. They were able to access and caulk our hard to reach window. We also think they are reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
They helped clean my roof and gutters and solar panels and skylight all with a drone. Very fun! Guys were awesome!
