Personally would not sell or rent through these guys, constantly being harassed and phoned about “interest in my property”.
Leaving one star review for repeated unsolicited contact. Asking me if I want to sell the property. I have repeatedly requested not to contact me, every single time the caller says, sorry I didn’t know, but in 2 weeks I get similar calls saying they will remove me from the call list, but I get the same calls saying again.
Really disappointed with the service from Clint Hynes and Robyn Wickham. Very communicative at the start of the selling process as soon as the open homes start goes down hill. Paid premium commission for a very underwhelming service. Does not update or even reply to a text message and really acts in the buyers best interests. Would not recommend to anyone.
Had to deal with Clint for a house. What a nightmare.
⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with Ray White Real Estate. After paying above our initial budget for a property, the aftersale service has been poor. My 70-year-old mother and my 3-year-old son had to spend Christmas without air conditioning, and upon moving in, we discovered that it wasn’t working and had displayed faults, which I highlighted as soon as I entered the property.
