No mailbox was provided for our property for over five weeks, causing parcels to be returned and requiring hours of follow-up. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, I only received the same response: "We're just waiting on the builder," with no updates or timeline. Very frustrating experience, made worse by unhelpful customer service so far. Can be better.
