Got my new 4 zone minisplit installed today. These guys are so awesome. I' called them a few weeks ago to try to help me fix a disaster I had from another company. The guy thay came was super pleasant. Very respectful, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. We couldn't fix the mess I had so I just decided to get a whole new system. The guys that came and installed the new system were just as great. They seem like a good group of folks. Hired them to replace my entire split unit a/c system they only replaced the outside unit not the air cabinet still charged the full price was messing up again within a week I didn't know better then but I do now they will screw you given the chance
I had my maintenance done in February. Brian was my technician, he was so nice and he found that my fan motor was getting ready to die. He replaced it and my uv light in the attic. I had to call for him to come back out the motor was making a noise , he came back and told me it's not supposed to be making that noise. He did some adjustments but told me he would order a new fan motor. They came yesterday and put my new fan motor in and it's working!
