Call to set up appointment to get an estimate was flawless. Christian and his assistant showed up way early on the day of the appointment, which was fine (they did call me 30 minutes before hand). Went through all that I wanted to get done (tankless hot water heater install, shut off valve move, generator install). It has been 2 weeks and never got the estimate or any type of communication. Travis from Ray & Son's serviced my unit today and was very professional and courteous. He did a great job servicing my unit. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of professional services at a very reasonable price and the quality is great.
