We purchased a new 2023 kia sportage and traded it in March 2025 for a 2025. Kia failed to register the 2023 with the BMV and Ray Skillman in turn sold the 2023. It looks as though the 2023 went directly from us to the next purchaser. That purchaser got into an accident and totaled the 2023. We received a call from the legal department of the insurance company asking if we still had the 2023 insured and that they didn't see a registration for the purchaser. I got a car from Ray Skillman in February 2026, but am just now able to post my review (June 2026). Mark Hudson was my salesman and he was super friendly, funny and got me in my new car! I participated in their Lease Here, Pay Here program after no one in Indianapolis would approve me for a car for either financing or leasing without a co-signer. And I do mean NO ONE. I had a great experience purchasing a car with Ray Skillman Kia West. I had the pleasure of working with Austin. He was attentive, helpful, and was able to find what I wanted within budget. I also worked with Jake who was quick and resourceful as well as answered all my questions. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.
The service department did a great job repairing my car. I would highly recommend. Chris, The shop manager is very pleasant to work with.
