Got my engine replaced under recall in a week and the process was fast was recommended after napleton didnt help so was recommended here and im so grateful for you guys and lacey especially as soon as my check engine light came on I already knew what was gonna happen if I didn’t take it to the shop so I took it to the nearest Ray Skillman and they all were so supportive and helpful and understanding and I couldn’t ask for a better team thank you so much guys

Love my 2024 Kia K5 GT! Ray Skillman's service department has done an excellent job on the general maintenance of the vehicle...i.e. oil changes, tire rotations and a minor window trim recall. Their service advisors are fantastic to work with, and they get you in and out in a timely manner.
I brought my car in for the second time to have a faulty left turn signal fixed. This issue was claimed to have been originally fixed by the service team during my first visit. However, it seems the issue was not properly resolved because it stopped working again. I have made a total of three trips to this dealership to have this one minor repair completed.
