DO NOT EVER go here for repair unless you want to be grossly over charged and also charged for repairs you NEVER NEEDED. Went in for a simple fix. Passenger door opened from inside, not outside. As a new parent, time is more valuble than what I assumed the repair cost would be. Boy was I wrong, first quote was 600$. Whatever, needed it fixed so I could get the car sold and out of my driveway. I went to Ray Skillman Greenwood Kia looking for a specific vehicle they did not have in this state per their dealership. Instead of trying to locate or secure the car I wanted, they immediately shifted into trying to upsell me on more expensive options I wasn’t interested in and told me they would “ offer me a deal” I was repeatedly told they “couldn’t get me any deals along side the Kia interest deal ,” given mid for my trade-in, and offered no real effort to be competitive — even after I explained another dealership had a... read more
