Jeff, an employee, likes to have loud conversations about politics in the waiting area. He was demonstrably wrong on every point he tried to make but that's not the issue. Don't make your customers listen to YOUR politics while they wait.
I pulled up to the service department just as they were trying to close and they still took the time to look at and fix my tire. Always had a pleasant experience.
