This place has absolutely terrible customer service. We had an “we owe you” from the dealership upon purchasing our vehicle that had a windshield crack in it. The “we owe you” was for the repair of said windshield. Upon multiple attempts at getting the repair even scheduled we had no call backs/responses. Then finally a response and a scheduled time. We brought the car in and the service center had not a clue what we were talking about as far as the repair, finally after confusion at the dealership we were provided a loaner ... read more

Mike Ettner, Seth and Drew worked with me on evaluating a Mazda CX-9. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I After much research, I felt they gave me a more than fair offer. Just great to work with. I would highly recommend working with them!
