Well everything started off very well with Jose. He was super nice and asked what I needed to be comfortable. Let me test drive and spoke with me about the vehicle. I went to sign once approved and was directed to Chris who made the experience not great for me. I understand that it’s not someone’s job at a dealership to care about peoples lives outside of work but Chris made me feel like absolute shit.
