Will never go there for another vehicle. I have bought 2 from them in 2 years. The second time around the treatment was different and not for the better. They have a finance manager that is horrible at his job. Don't turn your back on him, that's my best advice
The Salesmen, Service, and Finance people are on another level compared to other dealerships. I've purchased 2 new cars from Ray Skillman. First was a 2023 KIA K5 GT line. I loved the car never had any problems with it. In September 2024 I brought it in for an oil change and the 2025 K5's had arrived I had no intention of getting a new K5. The 2025 had some new bells and whistles and I was impressed . I ended up leaving the dealership in a New 2025 KIA K5 GT Line. I'm very happy with the car. I was so disgusted the guy that was helping me send his helper with me . Which he was great let’s just say they didn’t want to work with me at all I left without a car and was approved for one
