Bought a brand new car here and apparently the car has a locking lug nut on each wheel. No key was ever given to me to get them off. My family and I are now stranded and can’t get the wheel off. I’ve called 3 times and spoken to 3 different people and no one has given me any assurances that they’ll take care of the issue by giving me a key for my existing parts, or replacing the existing nuts. Tire ripped up by a pothole on Sunday. The tire, with hazard warranty, was purchased at Ray Skillman Hyundai West. I made an appointment for service in the morning for the next day. Service representative made certain that the tire hazard warranty was in full effect and then went over costs. Service took less than 2 hours and as promised, there was no cost for tire, only costs for balancing and disposal of damaged tire.
