I went in for a factory update to be completed on my 2016 hyundai sonata I was told it needed a new SD card due to a faulty USB device update I agreed I then waited 2 days for them to call me and say the unit needed to be replaced I obviously declined as the quote of 6k was more than the value of my car I then go to pick up my vehicle and they wanted to charge me for work not completed and the manager Patrick was not professional in the least when I protested the amount owed he quickly got an attitude and slammed my keys on ... read more

Great experience from start to finish! Everybody on the crew is awesome! Henry took us step by step throughout the purchase process. Jake was amazing at explaining the financial process. He also didn’t take very long and the process felt efficient.
