Dropped car off Jan. 31st for software upgrade and servicing, got car back for the 4th or 5th time yesterday, Jul. 20th. I'll generalize; the master cylinder was replaced, but they failed to bleed the system, (no brakes, can't shift), poor communication, and the software upgrade made the car go into a safety mode, where you couldn't go over **** RPM's.Since my car was perfectly fine prior to bringing it for servicing and all remaining issues were the direct result of the software upgrade, everything below was done for free.W... read more

I do not understand how this company has an A+ rating. So, to start off, if your car is still driveable they cannot get you in until September. SEPTEMBER. but if your car isn't, they can start on it right away. With that being said (my car was not driveable) it has been at the collision center for almost 4 weeks now and all they have done is give me the run around. They didn't listen to me when I said my car was making a noise after the accident, and all they did was fix what the insurance had estimated. THEN when they calle... read more

Spoke to Kia ********************** ********************* in the service department. He was very rude and disrespectful. My vehicles was brought in one week ago with engine issues, come to find out it's under a lawsuit from **** So long story short they have to replace my engine. But it can take up to 2 months to get fixed. When I asked about a rental car I was basically told they don't do rental cars and I would have to pay out of pocket $40.00 daily plus gas and gas prices are very high and then I might get reimbursed, So ... read more

Went in to buy a used truck, after test driving it, I decided it wasn't for me. After spending several hours there and working with a great sales advisor we settled on another vehicle, we signed the paper work about 7pm on a Friday. If I could give this place a zero I would. Went in yesterday to look at used cars. We were told they were 99.9% sure they would get us into this car the next day. When we showed up they eventually told us they can't get us into the car we were looking at and we had to buy new. **** in the special finance dept was extremely rude.After we informed them we weren't buying new they basically told us to leave. Ray Skillman Hyundai has had my car 3 separate times in the last month because they have yet to fix my AC in my 2020 ******. Both times they had it for longer than a week, yet I got my car back and there was no AC. This time theyve had it for 10 days and still have yet to fix it. This is the most inconvenient thing. The first 2 times they stated they didnt have a loaner, so I had no car to drive. I went in on a Saturday to trade in my old car for a newer used car. *****, our sales guy, was okay but the finance guy was extremely slow and un-personable. We waited for 7 hours total at different intervals for various reasons. We got a bad deal financially, but I purchased anyway and when I drove the car home I was content enough with the buy. Drove 2 hours, on Jan 7th, 2021, to inquire about a used 2008 Toyota Sienna with low mileage. Clayton was our sales representative that was amazing. The rest of the experience with this dealership was terrible. The van was a new trade in and we had to leave so that they could do the inspection and cleaning. Pay another dealer more money and don't get scammed into hidden finance fees and screwed up paperwork which will be out there for months after your vehicle purchase. They have no eSignature capability so when they mess it up you will be forced to go to the dealer to resolve issues. The dealer itself will not back you up and has ABSOLUTELY NO MORAL COMPASS. The culture is toxic and will cover up their screw ups no matter how much harm it causes to you. They will bury you in paperwork to hide it and make you go away. I am happ... read more
