I like the friendly & efficient service, as well as the TV and WiFi in the waiting area, not to mention the car wash that comes with the oil change.
I have 2 Fords and Schultens takes good care of both. I've never had a problem with scheduling work to be done--they are on time and check out many different things so I know if all is well or if other areas need attention. They have been truly honest with me, and my aging Explorer is still going strong.
I recently had my '04 F-150 in for an oil change. Sid in service got me in quickly and efficiently, also sold me a new battery (1st one in 13years) and wiper blades. Great service and good personnel !! AKJacobson
Scheduled service work over a week ago. Left it there all day call towards the end of the day and they hadn't even looked at it. What good is scheduling an appointment if you aren't going to keep it? This wasnt the first time this has happened, but this will be the last.
Nick and the body shop team did an excellent job from start to finish. Would recommend the Schultens team to anyone for any auto need!
I had a great experience at Ray Schultens, with Nick Miles, Body Shop Manager and 2 of his workers, last Monday. He looked at my Subaru Outback immediately, buffed out the 4 inch dull spot and line, caused by car backing into it. They also buffed out 2 other streaks on drivers door, at no cost. I was out of there in 20 minutes. So relieved that the 20 year old male driver who hit it, didn't have to use his insurance. Thank you so much!!
We had a great experience with them all there. They have earned a Customer for life with us. They gave us exactly what we wanted and needed to get My wife into the truck she loved. I told them what we could spend per month and what truck we wanted and they made it happen in no time flat. I have never felt better about buying a new car than I did during this transaction.
