The kitchen delivers bold, scratch-made flavor, pairing tender pit-smoked brisket, juicy ribs, and snappy sausage links with comforting sides like baked beans, potato salad, and fresh peach cobbler.
Mediocre at best! Brisket was dry, tender and had an odd seasoned smell, sliced with a wide rim of fat, Exactly two slices of brisket, the beans were good, however I couldn't get past the odd smell of the brisket to finish them...potato salad was okay. Not terrible, I can say I tried it..
This was my 1st visit & I must say I will be back! I had a 2 meat plate(Ribs, brisket, green beans, & chilli beans)The owners were the most humble down to earth, sweetest people, but the food was icing on the cake. The ribs were falling off the bone the green beans, & chilli beans were good like eating from my granny kitchen. Thank you for such good service & good food!
No customer service, flavorless food…. Clean atmosphere tho… no stars!
Woundeful, Ray makes a slice of paridse sweet potato pie that took me back to my childhood. The brisket sandwiches were great tender well flavored smoked great. Has several pies will try one of the other home made delites on our next trip. Thank you Ray .
