In June I was discharged after 5 days in the hospital. Arrived home to find no hot water and a flooded basement. Recently widowed, weak and worried from hospitalization, I was truly at the end of my rope. I found Ray Ross on the internet and called after 8pm so they would get my message first thing the next morning. By 8:30 that evening, Ray himself was at my door! He brought calm, compassion and kindness in addition to hot water that night. �

Had Tim and Jake, from Ray Ross Plumbing, remove and replace a 35 year old water supply shut off valves that were in a tricky location and provided little room to work with. Very nice quality of work, and I now have a go to plumber.
When we found our basement covered in water yesterday afternoon I immediately called Ray; he was there in 15 minutes with a fair quote and the install of our new water heater was done this morning. I will always call Ray due to his prompt service and fair pricing! I could not be any happier--Thank you Ray!
Called Monday am and they were here by Monday afternoon to replace our hot water heater. Anna Marie was great on the phone. Tim and Andrew did an awesome job with the installation! They were polite, clean and did excellent work. I will only use Ray Ross Plumbing from now on!
Ray Ross Plumbing is the best plumber we have ever dealt with. They are quick to respond and saved us thousands of dollars that another plumbing company (Marshall) was going to charge us for the same exact work. Very honest and knowledgeable. We are having them reroute a sewer line and they also installed a new laundry sink/faucets for us. We would recommend them to anyone.
I can not thank Ray Ross enough for his quick response to my call, coming out to my house "after hours",being thorough and not racking me over the coals! I have a new plumber!!
