I hired Ray Ross Plumbing to replace a simple tub/shower valve and spout, and they turned a working bathroom into a nonstop headache. Initially I needed to fix a very stiff bathtub handle. There was no leak at all before their work. Immediately afterward, the new spout started dripping every 3 minutes, and the hot and cold handles stopped working independently—turning the hot off would also kill the cold, which is completely wrong for a two‑handle tub.
