Highly recommend Ray Ross Plumbing! Today was a nightmare - hurricane coming through - sump pump not working and backing up in basement. Within a few hours of calling - someone was at my house and fixing the problem. I have used Ray Ross several times - they have always done a great job - staff are are very efficient and courteous and Covid 19 masked!
These guys will restore your faith in general contracting. They responded within hours to review my problem (on what was surely a busy day due to flooding and power outages) and gave me an honest assessment. It turned out that I didn’t need a repair but the technician (I think it was Ray) went out of his way to help me with a broken generator as well. They have a customer for life with me. Keep up the awesome work! Strongly recommend!

Ray is such a great guy! Came out very fast for a gas leak. Very reliable, punctual, and stands by his work. I will be using him in the future. Along with recommending him to anyone that’s in need of a plumber.

Ray came out for a quick fix and we discovered the hot water heater leaking and the bath toilet leaking. Within 1 day both are now repaired. Came out even with the quarantine. Fixed the front door handle. Wonderful, quick, easy, service and they put everything back before they left!!
Our hot heater went last weekend. We called Ray based on a recommendation. They came out and removed our old heater and installed our new heater the same day. We were very impressed with their service!
They are a pleasure to deal with and a good value.
