I enjoy going to rays. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Purchased 2 bikes there and will continue to by my bikes there as long as they have what I want.
So sad to hear the passing of Ray Price. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family. We have all lost a icon.
We purchased a bike over 3 weeks ago. We waited over 5 hours (and this is after they already had our info the prior week). They also tried to up the payment when we got there after telling us the price over the phone. They also wouldn't give the $100 customer referral, since "we were given so many discounts". We were also told (after driving over 2 hours to their dealership that we couldn't take the bike that day, because they failed to do their work.
