Just picked up a 2015 Street Glide from Ray Price HD. I know they hear when things go wrong but when things go right not so much. I have purchased a few bikes from RPHD over the years and this was by far the best experience I ever had. I'm in the customer service business. My employees and I are trained to be the best in customer service. That said I travel a lot with my job and I've been to other Harley dealers and without a doubt, hands down Ray Price is tops. I've just had my first experience with them and I will gladly go back no matter where I live. I'm a customer for life! I've been in this retail game for 30 years and all to often most customers complain about a situation when it didn't go their way. That's fine...
