Ray Price HD is tops all the way around in customer service. Bought a 2014 Street Glide Special from them a couple months ago. It was "slightly used" but new to me...what a beauty! Turns out a month later there was an issue with the oil pan. Talked to Ashley (Customer Service Rep) who passed my dilemma on to Nick (Service Manager). Nick called me to tell me they were sending all of the needed parts (new oil pan, bolts, gaskets, etc) to the shop working on my bike (down on the Georgia/Florida border). OK, I know many of you know me but do you really. I hate what happen in Dallas. It was way wrong. I know many of the people I know ride motorcycles for the enjoyment of being on one.
