Met with Dr. Cox believing I needed a specific type of procedure on my eyes. After his assistant ran some tests and I met with him, he suggested a referral to a general plastic surgeon, stating that the results I was looking for would be better handled in that way. I was frankly shocked that he would be this honest. How would I know until after he took my money and performed the procedure that it may not be the "right" one for me? I certainly would not have. He kindly gave me names of other doctors and pleasantly sent me on ... read more

Dr. Balyeat is friendly but somewhat quiet. His staff is helpful. I don't want to gamble with my vision and I am confident I am receiving excellent eye care. Like many I have macular degeneration and Dr. Balyeat took time to explain the condition and the options. In talking with those in the waiting room with longer experience than mine, their comments were very favorable.

Saw him for nearly 20 yrs for routine care--refractions and checkups. Also went through cataract surgeries in 2020 and yag laser procedures in 2022. Dr Goldberg was awesome through it all. Clear explanations, listened to my concerns, did fantastic job in surgeries/procedures. History of autoimmune disease that can affect the eyes means I need to have care from ophthalmologist.

I had double vision. For years I have been told to accept my car accident injury. A new optometrist referred me to Dr Cole. She specializes in correcting strombismus Surgery was scheduled & completed with success. I woke up from a 45 minute surgery to seeing normal. I encourage anyone who has the condition to schedule an appointment. Dr Kali Cole, is an example of medical excellence.

My brother had to have his eyeball removed. Told me it would be the easiest recovery I had ever seen. Ha! He prescribed him exactly 8 Hydrocodone and went on vacation. That would be exactly enough pain meds to take 1 every 6 hrs for 2 days. Why? Didn't they teach him in medical school that not everybody is the same, heals the same and not everybody's pain will be gone in 2 days?! I've worked in the medical field for 25 years and have never, ever worked with a Dr so presumptuous to just know when someone's pain will be gone. ... read more

My left eye had a clogged tear duct. My eye poured tears daily which also caused my nose to run all the time. I had 3 previous surgeries and it just got worse. Finally, I learned of Dr. Shannon Cox and went to get his opinion on my eye issue. He said he could do a procedure that was 97% effective and would create me a new tear duct...he did the outpatient procedure....and my eye is fixed after 4 years of another doctor messing around. I highly recommend Dr. Shannon Cox. I will only use him for my eye issues going forward. He... read more

This office doesn’t answer the phone, you have to leave a message and they call back. (Strike 1) I asked for an appointment with Dr Siddiqui and the person set an appt with “doctor” Cooper who I find out when I get to the office is an Optometrist not a medical doctor.(strike 2) When I arrive for the appointment I ask how long the wait is and they say because of RAIN they are running late. After waiting 40 minutes I canceled the appointment and left. (Strike 3) I do not recommend this doctor just from the shoddily run office.... read more
