My mom has labs drawn every other week and the staff is so caring. If you have a family member who has cancer or a hematology diagnosis this where you need to be. Everything from labs, treatments to seeing providers, to (unfortunately) hospice care is right there in the same area; also you will find it easily accessible to find dining, radiology and any other part of the hospital.

I have had only a wonderful experience here. I was DX with lymphoma in Dec 2020 and started TX in 2021. The staff is excellent, caring and also kindly professional. I had the choice of Vanderbilt but chose to stay close to home and I have never regretted my decision.

The staff at this facility have been the most compassionate, loving and understanding that I have come across in many years in a hospital system. The check-in ladies, the maintenance staff, x-ray, nursing, insurance staff, lab and support staff are won't. I've have only good things to say for the last 9 months of my care.

Had an appointment at two for consultation. At 4:o’clock, still have not seen the doctor.
