They have this one awesome woman that works in the office named Bethany. I have had both but this particular one makes you want to stay with them. But she cares, never not once have I called (when I was not paying attention to our gauge 🤪) because we ran out that, she me mever made me wait until the next day! She has said it, because they were booked. Yet magically they appear that day!! She is amazing! Rude people, careless delivery. They throw and drag their lines where ever they want. Damaging my solar lights. Clear drag marks from their hose in the fresh powder. Management doesn’t care about property damage and will never return your calls. Desk staff are careless and won’t do what they agree to. Continued keeping my card on file despite me telling them not to. Will be using a different service this year.
