We lived here for 91/2 years(2016-2026 All units is in needs to updated. Outdate appliances, electrical outlets cabinets etc. Maintenance takes a bit due to it being short staff. I have made so many calls about my outlets a leaking ceiling above my washer. The furnace definitely needs updated cause it always blowing cold air and all they do is replace the filter.
