Gave me an incorrect reading on my pulse because of an incorrectly placed Oximeter. Made me come back for several unnecessary tests that I paid for. Then they invoiced me for the wrong amount and wouldn't return my calls for a year. The insurance company settled the amount but Dr Prakash's office just kept sending me erroneous invoices. I literally called them over 15 times and left messages with no call backs!

I came in needing a surgical clearance, just walking in makes you feel great, especially with the different music they are always playing making you feel good. I recommended Dr. Prakash because he made my surgical clearance fast since my surgery was in less than a week and I was procrastinating in going in and he explained all my results truthfully and with details.

Very nice and makes sure you have no questions left, wants to help patients however he can. Dr. Prakash is an outstanding physician who truly cares about his patients. One never feels rushed during the appointment and his bedside manner is flawless. We need more doctors like him.

Dr. Prakash is not only a Cardiologist, but also a General Physician (PCP). You can easily make appointment in less than a week or 2. Not like other doctor's office that give you appointments in like 2-3 months saying they are completely booked.

Worst experience at a doctor office!!! He spent less than 5 minutes with me and never addressed any issues. Came in for a rash, pain in my elbow, frequent headaches and an overall checkup. When i came in they said my blood pressure was high. I asked the doctor about my blood pressure and what he was going to do and his response was "That's my job". He did not offer any solutions for my problems and i feel no better off than when i went into his office yesterday. Stay away!!!

Dr. Prakash's front office does not have great follow through. His one assistant doubles as the front desk as well as the nurse so she is often not at the phone. Does not return phone calls and the phone is normally busy so you can't leave a message. I have been without BP meds for 1 month because of this hassel of getting her on the phone and getting the information to my pharmacist that is needed that she said she would do. Frustrating!
