I really like Nicole but there is a huge problem getting to get return phone calls and get in touch with the office, my son is now Paraplegic and I can't wait for weeks. Scripts need to be written to order equipment etc and nothing has been done. It's so upsetting. I'm thinking maybe pick another Dr. I have not met him yet so it would be a shame
Office staff refuses to answer phones. When you try to make an appointment they hang up. Left 3 messages and no return call back. Had to physically go to the office and confront them. I called the office while I was standing at the front counter and they said see it rings - that’s only half of the battle if you don’t answer it. Needless to say this place is no good!!
