We've stayed here twice now. What a fantastic unique experience. To find this gem in the middle of a natural playground of Hocking Hills is amazing. The staff are amazing and the grounds are gorgeous. Amazing dinner and breakfasts. A great way to unplug (warning: no cell or wifi) family friendly experience! Looking forward to going back again!
My husband and I heard about Ravenwood after visiting the Malted Meeple in Hudson (which we love!), so we booked the Tanner Cabin for our anniversary weekend. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee, sink, and enough space to feel comfortable for the weekend. The screened in front porch was great for sitting late at night away from the bugs and enjoying the nighttime sounds of nature. I absolutely love Ravenwood Castle. This is my second time there with my grandsons. This time we stayed in Fischers Cabin... so much fun. Thank you we will be back.
My bucket list was to stay in a Castle. Done! I took my mom who is 82 June 15-17, 2017. I loved being unplugged! No tv, no internet service, no phone. We stayed in the Shakespeare Suite and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. Hugh bathroom and a back porch that overlooked the garden. It was awesome. My husband and I came for our first wedding anniversary and we absolutely loved our stay. The Saturday night dinner in the castle was delicious and I enjoyed the best butter beer this side of Hogwarts! Also enjoyed the Zombie Killer on tap. Hubby and I enjoyed trying out some new board games and found a new favorite, Red Dragon Inn! We stayed in the Silversmith Cottage which was probably too big for just the two of us. We will be back and are looking forward to staying in the castle next time!
