There is a new manager at Klee Wyck, Angelica Bustria, and she has done an amazing job making the buildings sparkle again. We really appreciate her care, attention to detail, and wonderful support for tenants. When we had an ant infestation in our unit, she promptly arranged for a professional to come in. The grounds are always well maintained. The only reason we are moving is that we need a larger space for our growing family.
I broke down the other day and Cam Egan our building manager helped me push my truck (which was really heavy) into a safe spot on the side of the road. He drove me to a hardware store to get oil and has helped me out looking for a vehicle. Not in his job description! I really appreciated it and it was incredibly nice of the guy. Much appreciated.
The suites are nice and bright, and the location is great. That’s about all I have to say that’s nice and unfortunately it’s almost all management related. 1: The property is advertised as non-smoking, but it’s not enforced. The entire front lawn is treated as a giant smokers pit and ashtray. It’s littered with hundreds upon hundreds cigarette butts covering the entire lawn, and there are huge piles of them up against the parking blocks. Good place to call home. Location is great and close to the waterway. The property is well maintained. The managers communication is prompt if you need something fixed or have questions, he is informative and on the ball. Suites are a good size. In suite laundry is a real bonus. Limited visitor parking is a challenge.
We were lucky enough to be able to move into or new home with Devon property’s. We absolutely love it here. Beside how much we love the unit the building manger Cameron made moving in a delight. He is always available to answer all my question and is super easy to talk to.
