I moved here back in 2024 and had to move out a year after. Overall experience was not so good. We were given 2 keys for me and my wife but only 1 fob when we moved in. We sometimes have to enter the building separately so it was hard for us to share. Our entry code took MONTHS when we were promised it can only take couple minutes to add my number in the system. I lived in 1295 Craigflower Rd building for about a year and I cannot recommend it at all. There were many issues. The parking lot is outside the building, uncovered, far from the units, and spots were assigned unfairly. Those with connections to management got the better spots, while newcomers and immigrants were given the worst locations. Management changes frequently and communication is poor. Fine apartments if you don’t mind hearing almost everything from your upstairs neighbours including some very awkward nighttime activities. The buildings are new but very cheaply done and it shows. More importantly I’d highly recommend checking out reviews for Devon before moving in, see attached photo. Whenever the phrase “sheer volume of negative reviews across platforms” is used, there’s clearly major issues.

There is a new manager at 1293, Angelica Bustria, and she has done an amazing job making the buildings sparkle again. We really appreciate her care, attention to detail, and wonderful support for tenants. When we had an ant infestation in our unit, she promptly arranged for a professional to come in. The grounds are always well maintained. The only reason we are moving is that we need a larger space for our growing family.
