So far I haven’t had any issues with the people in the office except for the rude guy that works up there, but I avoid him. The manager and Kimberly so far have been great. The BIG issue here is thieves. There are literally no security cameras in the entire complex and break ins are happening so often now. Legit, I’m paranoid because if someone were to take my dogs, I swear I wouldn’t be able to live. It’s a fear I live with everyday. My husband and I LOVE living here. The property is heavily wooded, making it very private and the walking paths are incredibly serene. The gym, pool, and dog park, are all very nice and well-kept. The office staff are helpful and sweet (which is usually rare for an apt), and our neighbors are quite friendly. Also, the fact that we live across from a park, and next to The Vintage is just the icing on the cake.
Lived here for 2 going on 3 years! It’s been the nicest complex we’ve lived in! Whenever we have guests, they always compliment the complex and our apartment! Someone even said it looks like a nice hotel haha! At the junction of Cypresswood and Cutten, a popular flooding area, we didn’t flood during Harvey. The complex is on a 5 or so foot hill and quaintly wooded. The area is quiet and the neighborhood is nice, our neighbors are kind as well!
Close the gates at all times! Security Security Security should be top priority but is non-existent.
Our Corporation has been leasing here since 2017 and we love the apartments. A little more on the expensive side but the management and maintenance staff are friendly and attentive and we love it!!
I've been a resident for 3 years, and I plan on stay for many more. The office and maintenance staff is fantastic, amenities are awesome, it's quiet and full of wildlife and mature trees. I love walking my dog around the property after a day of stressful work. The maintenance issues I've had have been very minor and few, and were resolved immediately. In my opinion, this is the best property in the area.
