I've been part of the Knife of the Month Club for about 5 months. I've been going to the store for about 7 months. Every employee that I've met has been polite and knowledgable about their products. I've had no problem with the blades abd have carried one of theirs for about 5 months. I am such a fan that I've sent my Dad and a couple friends there. I went to their free class last night to learn how to work on their OTF knives. It was a blast. I would recommend them to family and friends.
Just received my Titan today. Had a couple questions. Called customer service and spoke with Kim. She was really helpful and friendly. Also messaged customer service on my Facebook messenger. And received a response fast. Looking forward to my new knife and adding additional blades... thanks ��
Love this knife so much I litterally rubbed skin off my thumb from the trigger on this thing the first day I got it from playing with it . Good quality, good customer service, and I plan on not taking it easy on this thing cuz I know its going to hold up to the gauntlet. Good knife for life..
I have been a consumer of Ravencrest products for about one year now. I have been getting the RavenPac for about six months. The knives are fantastic and they have great customer service. It’s not always perfect, but if there is an issue they are quick to resolve it and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases.
I purchased a Ravencrest RCT-1. There was a hiccup with my first knife. Austin went about and beyond to fix the issue. Pete put together a NEW knife for me. The knife is amazing. Ravencrest Tactical has a customer for life in me. I already have my eye on another one. Thank you guys for everything and making an awesome product!
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Ravencrest Tactical! I’ve ordered a custom RCT-1 Raven and a Titan Bravo from them in the past and have received high quality products along with excellent customer service!! I will definitely recommend them to friends and will use their service for future OTF knife purchases.
I purchased the new stinger model. I use my knife as a money clip but it always great to have access to the knife I previously used my mini,but the stinger doesn't get stuck in the pocket. Great little knife.
